Good evening,
I was thinking about the Dome - Its certainly a nice stand-alone application in its own right - set in the melting-pot that is New Boston.
Would it not be interesting for another dome to be introduced, perhaps as a separate game app altogether.
A sequel, I hear you say. In a sense... but more of a separate stand-alone expansion of the original game as it would permit players to port their knight from one game to another (ideally through some interconnecting element such as a tunnel, a ship or such)
It would similarly be interesting if the game were expandable by the player base. With players creating entire domes or similar through the use of tools. Simply allow them to assign 'ownership' of a zone to a faction, maybe allow them to create their own faction, allow them to modularly assign roles to buildings, and type in their flavour text.
And there you have it - potential for greater depth and span.
Much easier said than done no doubt, from a coding perspective.

Other domes are actually on the roadmap. New Berlin and New San Francisco keep being mentioned.

dervin - great suggestion. We have to finish the main game systems first before we could release any territory expansions! The dome of NBZ is actually pretty old and crumbling from all the environmental wear and tear. It's an old city and its coming apart in many places.

This sounds very similar to a level design engine Cory and Andrew are already considering in Templar Assault.

Politicians get inspired by Sea World and contract a pressurized undersea dome in just enough time before the tsunami hits!

We have rifles that are guaranteed to work underwater. Somebody must need that ability for something ....

Just hope those underwater domes have better maintenance than the NBZ or there's going to be a lot of wet people. ;D

Ok now I have the idea of the bubble Its only a rumor . . . Or maybe its not . . . but there is a floating bubble out there. A self contained paradise. A double dome used to make a sealed floating city, constructed on multiple layers inside. Self sufficient, clean and amazing . . . . That's the rumour but is that the reality or is it a sealed corporate hell hole (corp unknown, even in the bubble)with a dastardly plan . . Are the lower levels slowly crumbling and full of down troden revaluationrys with not enough strength to make things change Does the bubble need a secret operative to unravle the mysterys to save it and possibly the rest of the world. Only the trese brothers can answer, maybe with a nice story mode ck release
