My precious! However, there's a problem in showing its bonuses in Effects window, and they do not add up to the Aimed Shot totals. Effects only show 1% (Scorpion Cloak) + 7% (Untold Death) + 3% (Burning Blades) + 18% (Deadly Intuition) = 29% critical. Same 29% are listed on Aimed Shot.

Yeah, in this case Weapon bonuses aren't passive -- they are only applied when you use the weapon.
The listings include all of your passive effects.

Sorry, that was the only screenshot I've had. Cory Trese, Aimed Shot is supposedly using the bow. It even explicitly mentioning it - "Attack summary: Firing a[n?] Iceheart Bow for 43-154 Dmg with 29% Critical".

Sorry, that was the only screenshot I've had. Cory Trese, Aimed Shot is supposedly using the bow. It even explicitly mentioning it - "Attack summary: Firing a[n?] Iceheart Bow for 43-154 Dmg with 29% Critical". That's all correct, I was just explaining what you are seeing with the effect values.

Yeah, except it should be 34% Crit from bow. And it is, when you're attacking with it. The display bug is just omitting the active effect on the weapon from the passive (buff) effect / bonus listing. Thanks for the report. We'll get the display fixed.

If I am reading this correctly the reason that it is not displayed under general buffs is because the +crit is only applied to bow attacks and would not be applied to blade attacks made with the main hand? This is as opposed to buffed crit on armor and gear which would be applied to both types of weapon attacks. Question: Does the 8% SP drain on Vincent's blade relic apply to his magic like Lightning Spear or is it just for his weapon attacks like the case of the bow crit? It isn't going to affect my choice when I get there, just more for awareness on how weapon buffs work as I assume they are just going to get more common in ep 4.

matrim, correct. Weapon stats only apply to weapon attacks. Regular or empowered. If a talent have "per weapon" reference, the weapon stats are taken in count, when you attack (or defend) with said weapon, in addition to any other stat increase you may have.

I assume +damage is the exception as when you get +damage on a staff I'm pretty sure it's applied to magic attacks like LS. Are there any other exceptions?

matrim - staves and shields are the exception. All other weapons only provide their effects to an attack that uses them (bows to ranged attacks, etc).

Ah, yes, of course there are exceptions! =)
This is exactly the reason that the game's code delays applying weapon effects until the attack is actually running. The rest of the effects are merged together so that the game performs at the same speed if you have 1 or 10 buffs.
The bug is that some of the display code wasn't taking into account the additional effects from the weapon for talents where it would be used in the attack.
