Range Finder (at Mars Corp Private Clinic in West End, Saytek's) still says Adds 10% Critical Hit at Optimal Range.

Seems like a bug tied to the fact that, regardless of testing, the implant changes in the last release didn't make it in. Some kind of APK reversion. Will fix for next, should still be getting crit % chance.
