open talent ranks when max at inn

i would like to be able to still see all the talent ranks at the inn even after the talent is maxed. the reason being i am trying to plan in my head a respec for kyera and i need to take some points out of warders shield, so i would like to be able to click on warders shield 10 and be able to see the lower ranks. and then maybe be able to tell myself, ok i can get away with warders shield 6 or no... i better take it to 8 just to be safe.

as it is you can scroll all talent ranks until they maxed. my guess is this is a legacy from before respec when u could never go backwards in a talent.

just something I thought would make the talent list a little more friendly. thx!

8 is pretty optimal imo for high dodge without over killing it. After that heals, EA and dmg are definitely better imo. Of course if you're heavy soak instead I'd go for heals, EA and dmg. first.
