What are the maximum stats and skills?
What do you get for skipping the tutorial levels? (Hint, if not close to max RP & XP, not worth skipping.)

Maximum is 16.
You get the XP/RP awards with a difficulty bonus.

Testing on Ironman, I got Cpt, 2x Soldier, Engineer and Scout at level 4 with 500 RP, but none of the free unlocks.
