The Dual of Assassins (DoA) entry on the New Treaty and the Faction Politics screens shows "Build for 400 ep". But the DoA entry on the Incomplete Treaties screen shows "Spent 636 of 800".
One could argue DoA should be 400 ep, since the other early treaties are all 200 or less and it takes a long time to accrue 800 ep early in the game. In addition, DoA does not completely eliminate negative politics, if successful, you're left with a DoA which still has negative effects on the economy.
