Hopefully this isn't too confusing, but for 'return shipping' missions it says "XXX is expecting this package etc."
When I have several missions I want to see which quadrant/planet these contacts are on, to make planning journeys easier.
Something like "XXX is awaiting the return of the package on YYY" Or "XXX (on YYY) is awaiting the return of the package"

I agree, AI would love to see this worked in.
Or a map display of exactly which quadrant the mission is on when I select waypoint or some other button would be great. Yes the jump is two quads away, but in what direction??

That is a fair question. In the mission way point list we will have two options.
One is to display the jump distances to YOU at your current location. Another is to display the jump distance back to the location of the previous step.
Those would be difference between showing the expected route distances or your current route distances. Both might be useful

What I want is:
Map. Showing my currently planned journey, all the waypoints and in what order they are. Showing estimated time of arrival at each waypoint -- (assuming I fly direct, and don't bugger off and dig up some artifacts along the way, instead.)
Proposed New Job. Where it would be on the map of my currently planned journey. When it is supposed to be done.
And then the ability to change the route so you can tap A B C D and get the new route order of A B C D, which might be a change from the old one of A C D because you just stuck B in the middle of your route.
These things are easiest done on a map, when we have maps, or the better improved maps.
