This is an officer that the game started me with. He has only 2 traits.   And what is he doing with 30 fortitude ?! Cory Trese said that gunners were getting 5 points of fortitude, just because, are pilots getting it too? |

I've seen cases of 2 traits, don't remember for sure but probably not on Officers. I think starting officers with certain jobs were getting boost to either Fortitude or Resilience, so if they happen to roll high on that attribute to begin with, then the extra points will push it >30? |

So Pilots do not share this problem? His second mysterious trait must give him 2 or 3 fortitude and he rolled a natural 25 or 26? (He gets +2 for Steady)?

No, Pilots do not share the problem gunners have. It was a good roll of dice.
