Android phone version When viewing the crew character status page, when you scroll the left-hand side of data (Character Level and Attributes/Skills, etc), the right-hand side of the page scrolls too (Talents/Equipment/inventory)
Note also, under Equipment, the standard Infantry Pistol text overflows and falls outside of the UI frame it is in. Word-wrapping the damage would probably resolve that
Matchweave Crew Suit does word-wrap, but the blue stats don't automatically move down therefore there is some overlaying of text.

slayernz - thanks for the feedback on this. We are working on breaking out EQ into a different screen. You don't want them to scroll at the same time? I guess we could change that.

OMG, it's slayernz on the ST2 boards! What madness is this?? Glad you are finally playing as well. What took you so long? (mildly sorry to derail the thread, but I couldn't help it )

Hi fallen ... not too worried if things scroll on both sides of the page at once - wasn't sure if that was per design. I had thought that they should be separate scrolling options just because they were displayed on separate sides of the page rather than on one side. athios I wsa lurking somewhat kinda sorta. Glad I could give you madness on an otherwise sane day

Well, if you are going to make changes to how this scrolls in the UI, what is really needed is for the stats panel to be aware how far you have scrolled it for one character, and preserve this information when you change characters.
Right now I am going <scroll crew info so traits are visible>, select next to get the next crew member, <scroll this one's crew info so traits are visible>, and so on forever. It's quite tedious.
I'd like to scroll the stats page so that HP, Morale, Attributes and Skills all are scrolled off the top, so that traits are visible and then have every next bring up a new character, with the stats column already scrolled precisely the same distance, so traits are visible for the next one as well.

That might be confusing for new players who are just learning the importance of classes. And annoying as it is, it has to be clear for newbies.

The area of possible cofusion for newbies is that the thing scrolls at all. It used to be that we religiously stuck scrollbars on graphical elements that scroll in order to avoid such confusion. With screen real estate so small on mobile devices, we just stopped doing this, and discovered that newbies didn't actually find the lack of scrollbars as confusing as we always thought they would. What's more, one video presentation of people using the interface fixed any few stragglers. Pinch-to-Zoom got taught that way and nobody gives it any thought now. Once you know tha the thing scrolls -- well scrolling regions that remember how far they are scrolled are quite common on mobile interfaces these days.

Scroll bars are coming, thanks! On Mobile, I suspect we don't want them .... It might be okay if the scroll bars are a translucent layer displayed underneath any main text/graphics in that particular box, without shrinking the size of the box. (i.e. so nothing gets blocked out by the bar graphic)
