Sorry we disagree about that one. We'll keep working to improve.
Yes, both Stealth and Tactics can be used in crew combat.

It occurred to me that if screens like this said: Negotiate Skill(57) + Captains Charisma(26) (or whatever the figures are) it might cut down on the confusion. And it would save save me having to exit the mission on occasion to go take a look at the stats, as I wonder, "hmm, I forget, is this the ship with lots of command? or the one with lots of initimidate?"

(And I already choose Attributes as "A" without that!) Also, some talents say things like "give bonus of [10 + your charisma]%," but this "your" is ambiguous. It is the charisma of the crew member with the talent? Or the charisma of the captain? Or the charisma of the player? And if the latter, can I get a negative "bonus"?

If a Talent references an Attribute, it is always talking about the individual's Attribute.
No, 10% + Charisma % can never result in a negative bonus. At minimum, you'd have +15%, at maximum +40%.
In mission saves, Skills are rolled as strong dice, attributes are rolled as weak dice. So, a Captain's Attribute is definitely important! But, not, it does not trump Skill outright.
