The Exoscout Steady Mobility talent gives a +25% evasion bonus, but that is not very useful because the exoscout job doesn't have any Evade skill. It probably be more useful if it have a +25% armor bonus instead.

Bump for a good, easily implemented idea.
On a related note, I just switch my Exo Scout from Meshed Body Armor to Plated Combat Armor. I figure the greater soak and deflection of the Plated armor may be more useful than the Evasion bonus of the Meshed. OTOH, my ExoScout does seem to dodge attacks occasionally; I wonder if one of the Attributes--e.g., Quickness--also contributes to dodge.

Yes, quickness increases chance to evade.

It probably be more useful if it have a +25% armor bonus instead. The bonus (+25% Evasion) is applied to the roll to evade attacks. We'll try to make the language more clear, but it is not a bonus to only Evasion Skill. It helps you dodge both ranged and melee attacks.
