Is it normal to miss basically 1/2 or more of your hits on most mobs like orcs, ratkin and some other mobs? It is pretty frusterating where i try to hit a mob and miss 3 times in a row and its sometimes often.

What difficulty and build?
But no, that's not the normal experience that the average player is having.
Hopefully we can help you figure out what is up and get your experience on the level with the average player on Steam!

What version of the game are you on?
In previous versions of the game, there have been issues with these Orcin being over powered.
What buffs and curses are you using?

The version is printed on the main menu above the menu.
Looks like a good set of Talents. What map are you in exactly? You can see that printed on the in-game menu.

Those Orcin are dangerous, you may be there too early, but they have no balance issue. What level is your group? Buy new weapons?

My weapons look pretty advanced. More advanced than most of what i can buy in an armor shop.
Also i have been in other areas too. City of dead, i have faced seer lords in the temple the first time. And i just got finished with the area where you meet up with the goddess who has the 3rd eye.
This is my weapons right now
Tamilin: War bow 10 accuracy 34 to 110 dmg Vrotta spines 9 accuracy 4 parry 29 to 72 dmg
Vraes Keen pit spear: 8 acc 7 parry 53 to 79 dmg + 15 lightning dmg
Kjartan Farris strike rod 7 acc 8 parry 44 to 53 dmg 120 max hp 14% sp drain
Kyera Spiked war hammer 6 acc 5 parry 91 to 120 dmg

Have you considered picking up more magical weapons or crafting gear? Those are okay weapons, but I'm definitely concerned about them being mundane and not having really powerful accuracy.
Are there certain group members missing more than others?
You didn't share your groups level. It may be an area you simply need to avoid for now and return to when you are a bit higher level. Areas have min and max levels, so if you are below the minimum level, the monsters are going to be significantly higher than you.
What level are the enemy monsters?

Looking at these again, would really suggest crafting some enchanted weapons!

Throughout the entire game, the monsters have been 1 to 2 levels higher than me. I have not found any area where monsters are lower level than me. In city of dead, soem monsters was arpund 3 or 4 levels higher.
I can start enhancing a bit. I only enhanced one gear. I just didnt know when the best time to enhance. Since enhancing mats was limited, i didnt want to start too early in the game
Ok i stand corrected, some of these are actually levels lower than me the ones im facing now and im still missing them at times lol

You've identified a problem with your group build (Accuracy) so you should start making some changes to work on it I've double checked those monsters and they are right within the balancing curve. If you're having issues hitting them and don't make some corrections, I expect you'll keep finding sets of monsters that give you fits of missing. Suggestions -- 1) Absolutely start crafting now! You should have a nice pile of Bloodstones if you've waited this long. When you reach the last town in the game, they are up for sale, so not actually limited. 2) Look at the rest of your gear. Are you including enough Accuracy in the gear for characters who are missing? 3) Look at really powerful buffs like Natural Mastery. It is sooo good -- damage, major accuracy boost, and defenses. 4) What is your primary attack Talent with each character? Is it high enough level? Crafting and Respec are your friends. If you Respec, do one character at a time, fight a bit and then see how you like it.

I started crafting. I did enhance some gear so i will hit harder and more hp and sp. Accuracy is about the same from what i got. Maybe just a point better at the most. I will try to start seeing if i have any other gear where i can get soem more accuracy. And i will probably respect to eliminate the unecessary points i got in other areas where i dotn use
