@cory: it does actually run on my default phone browser, although it is pretty difficult to use due to being quite small. probably best on a pc.

Here's an updated version which allows you to plan out a route between planets, useful for picking up a load of contracts from one side of the map to the other, or fuel stops across the map to a rumour at the start of the game before you can make it in one. Enjoy! Attachments:

request brand new locked thread with sticky to that map link with shallowthought's and cory's permission? Perhaps if someone finds that database thing i saw here somewhere, that could be linked into it. call it 'fan made databases' or something?

i see we have a sticky with lots of comments and links etc up there already. Dont have time to look at it, about to take the kids to school, perhaps a new thread with links that only the mods/cory can post onto with any links people make would be handy? make it a quick reference thread?

Consider the map and all associated artwork etc. created by me to be released under this license: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTFPL

It's there a map you can look at properly on your phone? I only found either zip files -this one here... - or awesome maps that got a awful resolution on my phone...
And as I'm mostly using my phone, well... ya know?

Hi .zip downloads to Map folder with files. I click on the google chrome icon and get; Highlight Planets Urban data enable enable enable With all the fill in boxes. I think my brain is getting smoother, because I don't know how to use this to display the map. Am I clicking on the wrong thing in the folder? Really looking forward to seeing your work.

I don't know if you could get this map to work on a phone.
I extracted all files to a folder on my laptop, then open (double click) the "map.html" file. The map opens in my default browser, Firefox.

hi there! can i make a map suggestion? am a blind person using what's called a screen reader. could the graphical buttons that you use to click on each planet be text tagged or alt tagged? if this was done then i could read the names of planets that i wanted to look up it would make things so much easier! great map though by the way!
