I highly recommend you make a copy so you can tamper with the cells. Z2 and AA2 in Weapons Data control what armor and shield the weapons are pretending to shoot at. P2 does the same in Crew Weapons, providing a drop-down menu that lets you pick from the armors in the Crew Armor sheet.
There are a variety of sheets within:
Weapons Data: This has all the weapons in the game at October 2018, and far to the left it has a bunch of math on how much external and internal damage, what it is per reactor point, etc. Notably does not include Crippling effects - Electrical Fires and Aftershocks make Torpedoes and Missiles way better at internal damage than one might assume.
Crew Weapons: This has all the weapon locker and contact weapons as of December 2018, and again, a bunch of math. The drop-down in P2 controls the pretend armor being shot at, referencing from the Crew Armor sheet. Assumed toughness... just change the top number by hand.
Crew Armor: This has all the weapon locker and contact armors as of December 2018. Mostly for reference and for Crew Weapons.
Raw Starting Traits: I was just marking down what starting traits my starting crew had, categorized by starting faction. Note that there are different numbers of talents between the faction (and Cadar had double) so don't take anything at eye value.
Starting Traits Chance: References the previous sheet, giving the chance that a starting trait will be the trait in question. Since each crewmember starts with 3 traits, note that the odds are effectively tripled - 2.9% of De Valtos are Assertive, so 8.7% of them will have the Assertive trait as one of their starting 3.
Relative Trait Incidence: Forget what this is, exactly. Didn't take notes, and this is just me goofing when not doing actual research for my job, so a bit lax.
Talent List: Copy from the wiki so I could search things mildly better than on the actual wiki.
