Notes on Boarding Talents
1) In each boarding round, you can only use 2 abilities maximum.
That can be your Talents or the default options of Sabotage and Panic Crew.
2) For example. If you decided to use Parting Gift twice, you'd kill 2 targets.
This would be your 2 abilities for the boarding round.
3) You could drop two Bio-Agent Bombs and they would stack (as all ship combat buffs and debuffs stack).
This would be your 2 abilities for the boarding round.
4) Defenders get no saving throw. Boarding talents work 100% of the time. (If cool down time ready)
5) Xenos are immune to Morale damage.
