The description says "If the attack run hits, causes..." But the problem is it's a defensive launch plan and it doesn't go on an attack run.
I guess it's a typo, since you wouldn't want to buff the enemy you're attacking. So does that buff go to the Interdictor itself? Your ship? All of your craft?
