Discount Specific Upgrade Types with Contacts

Rather than having contacts that give discounted upgrade types apply to all ship upgrades that maxes out at 15%, what would you think of contact types discounting particular types of components (weapons, "ship", "ops", etc.) and up to 20% discount? This would give you some more differentiability across existing contact types and maybe add more such contacts going forward without them seeming too similar.
