Android v 2.5.83, contact says no traits that can be conditioned, but i have a crew member with combat nerves. My crew member is not a fighter so it doesn't really matter, but there it is.

Which Contact?
Sounds like you're talking to a Chaesin Doctor. It isn't on there list, you can check their list on the screen.

Each Contact Type that offers Trait Conditioning can cure a certain set of Traits. Different Contact types cure different Traits.
Combat Nerves requires a specific Contact type.
