Android Version 2.5.83 - Garnered Favor not completing

Mobile error (Android) or possibly a potential bug regarding the Garnered Favor quest / Coalition Founding.

EDIT: Completed the quest/achieved the unlock about 3 years later, after running around doing other things, then coming back to the Arbiter.

1) My phone is a Moto G7 (Hardware v PVT ; Model XTI962-1) running Android 9

2) The issue is: Garnered Favor is not completing. The Coalition founded as soon as the 2 years for Kolbar Volpane completed (year 232.36); I reported it 5 in-game years later to the Cadar Prince (year 237.21), garnering his favor. After flying to the Arbiter, I got her triggered conversation for Ubering her contacts all over, but did not trigger Garnered Favor quest completion. Tried leaving and coming back to no avail.

Guess what, I figured it out and fixed it!

Thanks for the follow up about how you were able to complete it. The trigger was the end of the Second Founding which then allowed you to reach that story chat with the Arbiter.

Now fixed
