Pox era not starting before post coalition

So I'm 33 years in and pox era still hasn't triggered. I got the intro to Silvaine von Sha so if I talk to her I assume the post coalition era will start, thus skipping pox. Bug? I really want the plague ward too lol.

I'm on Android and can't share save file. Not rooted. Sorry I know that would probably help.

Impossible diff if it matters.

Nope, not a bug. There is no locked order for the late game Eras. Seems totally reasonable to me. Make your choice with von Sha.
