Mass Modulator 3 - Reduces weight -150, +3 Jump costs, $72k


It's more the 2-sets of ranges for each overlap, but as it is there really is no reason to buy Mass Modulator 3 is there?

Yeah, Pilot and electronics come with modulators.

+3 Pilot, +1 Electronics in the case of MM3.

You get 1 ship ops with MD1
