I've seen this happening on and off with my Xeno Hunter captain this run. iOS 3.0.19. My Captain has 154 HP. She has had this HP for a while. Yet every once in a while I see her pop up in the queue for Doctor's services when I land. She's always shown as having 154 HP but needing a bit more to top off her HP at 100% (in the example below its 154/162). If I pay them the flag for Doctor's services goes away and I move on. If I don't sometimes the flag disappears and everything is fine. She DOES have 154 HP. There is no need to heal her up. This last time my entire CC team needed to be phantom healed. They were all listed has having their normal HP but needing to be healed up a bit to be at 100%. See below. 105/112, 122/129, 138/145, 154/162. Always 7-8 more HP than their normal. When you go into their individual screens. Their HP looks normal. 105/105, 122/122, 138/138, 154/154 etc And when I went back out to the main landing page the flag for needing doctor's services was gone. (Yes I know my Captain should be carrying a stake) I can't reproduce it yet and it isn't consistent. Since my Captain is in CC, and the entire CC team showed up this time, it probably has to do with something there/after CC issues. It isn't even a problem. I'm just more careful and I don't loss a few hours and $ to unnecessary Doctor visits. But it is a bug. I'll keep trying to nail down the cause/reproduce but I wanted to get this on your radar.

The traits are clipped in the bottom of your screenshot. Could it be that they have traits that cause damage on landing, like grav-sick?

spacez52 - it is odd that its your combat team only ... and they all seem to have ... 6 or 7 HP more than they really do? Right now, that's a stumper for me. Are you swapping gear around?

No swapping gear. Sometimes the bar at the top of my screen shows the captain’s HP as 162 (and full), sometimes it’s 154 (and full), and sometimes it’s 154 and needs to be topped off. I’ll keep looking for a cause

I’ll keep looking for a cause I still haven’t found a cause (and this is happening across multiple captains) but I have found it only happens to officers wearing Thraul Injectors and it is the exact amount of Fortitude subtracted by the Thraul. Maybe it’s getting added back in somehow?

Actually, gilmoy from Steam sent in a saved game for a different symptom of the same bug, I just finished fixing it. Thanks for the post!
