I hate it when you publish a release to Apple, wait for them to review it, and it has a critical crash ;(

I hate it when you dare to publish a release that's got a critical bug in it...
Although, the best testers are either computers... or a heck load or humans that follow every single command you say. xD

I spend 5 mins finding a port I can access, to totally forget that my hull is at 1 and leave without repairing it.

My Rychart Captain is just THIS ONE SINGLE contract away from his shiny, new, glittering, I-do-look-good-in-a-bikini... Errr, not that, but the rest... DeValtos Flagship...
And then gets almost murdered by a Merchant...
And THEN gets killed by a Wolf Vector Ship...
And all my new captains can't even make it past turn 3k. DIIIEEEE, STEEEEEEEEL SOOOOOOONG, DIIIEEEEE!!!!!!!

I hate it when I'm super far on Impossible, and I encounter a powerful alien ship with such a high level I know the outcome ahead of time.
I hate it when I'm super far on Impossible, and I randomly encounter a Pirate with a really small ship who rams me once and knocks out all 30 tons of my armor and all 40 tons of my hull in one shot!
Oh, and a little note to others: For embargoes: Having rank 18 with all 6 factions makes you immune to embargoes. That's what I do with all of my captains and its freaking awesome. Something to keep in mind... For bounties, warships and pirates: having a trade permit with all 6 factions will make all faction bounties, military and pirates friendly to you. I never have a captain that is wanted nor does not have a trade permit with all factions because it would make everything much harder and deep-space travel much more risky. Having a captain that isn't based around carrying contraband also makes indy bounties and military non hostile. Something to keep in mind... For upgrades: rich planets (urban faction planets in the bottom/left section or elite section of the map), syndicate core and Thulun prime will normally have all 45 upgrades available to purchase if you visit the exchange BEFORE the star dock. Something to keep in mind... For cargo: You can normally get 100+ units of most cargo at rich planets, making stacking up for shortages or contracts fast and easy. Visiting several rich planets of differing factions will almost ensure that you find a planet that has 100+ units of the good you're looking for, Something to keep in mind...

I get attacked by 14 pirates on the first mission from your "father" on impossible and I can't escape.
I hate it when I die.
I hate it when I find 60 weapons and run into a bounty hunter without a trade permit and he has a better ship than mine.
I hate it when I can't find an alien to kill( never encountered one).

Early in the game, unless you have lots of pilot and a QUICK ship or lots of stealth and a FAST ship, I suggest surrendering as much as possible, especially vs hostiles. You'll last longer. If you want to find an alien, patrol independent dead planets early on in the game. You'll find them. I promise

I hate it when I take an assassination mission but forget to replace all my guns and torps.
I'd thought what I'd do, was pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes- Catcher in the Rye/G.I.T.S SAC

I hate it when, no mater how long I look, I just cant find the officer im looking for. And then once you're playing as a new captain and looking for different officers, you find the officer you were looking for in your previous captain
