I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it but I would really like to be able to organize (or even delete) runners that I can locate in the back room. I had a list of about 150 runners from random encounters before I built a team of runners and now i have to scroll through 150ish runners before getting to the ones I want to hire. Some of them are about 120ish so its not as easy as just scrolling to the very bottom. Anyhoo, in order of preference:
1. I would like to be able to organize the list of runners 2. I would like to the most recently release runners to move to the top of the list instead of the bottom 3. I would like to be able to delete the runners I don't think i will ever hire.
As an aside i would also like to be able to organize my inventory and contact list (I would really like to be able to put my ladder NPCs near the top rather than just have them show up in the order in which I met them).

damuri - wow, that is a lot of Runners. I would take that as a sign that the Runner encounters occur too often. Would it help if the Runners were sorted by the XP count?

I spend a lot of time walking rather than using cabs (you know, with global wwrming and all), so I run into a lot of injured enforcers. Yes sorting them by xp would help. The rarest encounter seems to be the opportunity to buy rep for 1000 nuyen. I think that has happened less than 10 times.

Taxis still not working. Is there something I have to do or will it download automatically?

I'm getting better at keeping myself alive, but I'm not getting better at keeping my runners alive. Only the snipers can use long-range weapons, which means that in order for them not to be complete duds in combat, they have to get close. It seems like every time I wind up tangling with the Yakuza bosses with Speed 4 SMGs or BS/KH and their Speed 3/4 drones, I wind up having a runner take 6-7HP in a single round and croak. This game gets unforgiving fast at the higher difficulties. I equip them with Raptor pistols for long range damage, but for defense up your armor equip, stealth (long range def) and dexterity (closer range def). Check help for details.

You need high accuracy rifles until your runners train firearms a whole lot.
