-2500? That's impressive. Worst I got to was around -800 with Mars, because I had loads of Data Hounds that wanted their stuff and DT*T is the most easily accessible tree.
Anyway, this is a pretty good idea, especially the bounty hunter stuff.

I think its a great idea, if you dont like it the solution is simple "DONT LET YOUR REP DROP TO -100" You are the one who has control over the jobs you take. You are a cyber knight, officially you don't exist. If you are making the "most wanted" list you are doing something wrong.
