The Xeno and Narvidians were created by the Alfaan and Xarth respectively as a counter to the other. The Alfaan were energy beings, intelligent and advanced in technology. The Xarth were warriors and imperialist. The Narvidian were created by the Xarth to help advance their tech and tactics during their war with the Alfaan. They are individual AIs, and each is embodied in a massive starship, which acts as their body. The Xeno are more well known, but still mysterious. They spread from world to world via ship, but their ships do so by either dropping spore pods onto the world or just kinda crashing into it and cracking open like an egg. The Xeno are their ships and the various warrior forms. The fungal creep is a growth that supports the life cycle of the various Xenoforms. Within hours of Xeno presence, it starts growing to cover everything and starts spawning the smaller Xenoforms, like the skitterings. Which of these two civilizations created the Hyperwarp Gates? And what are they, exactly?

So after i won on the 100x50 25 worlds map, i started opening and closing the game to read the notes on the loading screen. I was surprised to see that the Narvidians are present in the Quadrant. Wouldn't it be fun to have them in the game? Every turn, a Narvidian ship could have a very small chance of spawning somewhere within the Fog of War. Very sturdy and hard to defeat, sometimes rallying Xeno to protect it, but if defeated, it would grant either thousands of credits worth of resources or massive research bonuses. It's just an idea, but i think it would make the Founding ever more dramatic. To have the overlords of the Planetary Guild hits the Factions in their new home, recreate the glory of the Battle of Cirm.
