Google does not test, at all. Deployment happens in near real time.
Amazon takes is about 50% as seriously as Apple. Apple often takes 3 weeks to approve, Amazon about a week.
They're just not impressed with my development pace or our sales. Therefore, we get ignored by the ZON.

I have 3.9.11 in the Amazon pipeline.
I guess they rejected 3.9.9a because it had an "a" in it. Uhhhhg.
Hopefully my rep will be able to expedite.
