I know fallen my question is why does my hp and sp reflect the fact that I camped even if I force close, but my talent points are not spent. So it saves the fact that I used to inn or safe camp on hp and sp but not on talent points spent in that same session. |

That's correct, it heals you, saves, and then gives you control of the spending interface. Your next save will record the score and spending changes. |

I've noticed the same thing howler described. Spontaneous return to the home screen if I leave HoS in the background for more than a little while. In addition to the issue with skill points and camping, this can also cause you to loose surprise. If you gain surprise, then background the game and it dumps to home screen, when you come back you've lost surprise. I've reported that earlier already. |
