{For the record, this is the Android version, on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 which is still running JellyBean because I'm too lazy to upgrade the ROM.)
1. Occasionally, it won't let me move ships into a particular square, as if it had asteroids, although it doesn't. It's confusing since there's no feedback when you touch an "invalid" movement space--just nothing happens, so it's hard to tell the difference between that and not hitting the space right.
2. Sometimes I can't pan the screen, and I have to enter a menu and then back out to fix that.
3. When a colony is destroyed, are the spaces around it supposed to stay green? Even when it's then occupied by an alien colony?
EDIT: Well, in regards to #3, the space did actually turn a few turns later, so that's as it should be, I guess.

MTKnife - thanks for these items! Is there anything on #1 or #2 that you can provide as a pattern? Anything specific that seems to go before the pan-lock?

In the game I was playing last night, the pan lock might have occurred more later in the game, when there was more stuff visible on the map--but I can't be sure of that.
The problem with impassable squares only happened twice, when I was shuffling around a bunch of ships between two planets that were close to one another. Both squares were adjacent to a star, and they were adjacent to each other.
