So just purchased a new iPhone and got a new iPad for Christmas. My HoS save file on my own iPhone 4 didn't transfer when I connected to the Cloud. How can I transfer my save file to my new devices so I don't have to move back through twelve hours of game? Thanks and appreciated.

Do you know why your Documents didn't move to the new device? The game just stores the files in the standard Apple recommended location for user files. I'll do some Googling and see what I can come up with.

Not sure. The actual game was pulled without problem from the cloud but the save file is not there for some reason. Any help would be appreciated. I badly want to move on with the story and don't want to have to re-kill hundreds of lizards and ratkin.

@munchie - lol, I didn't recognize you there, you Christmas orc!
Can you check in your Settings > (crap I'm not an iPhone user, ... I think just) iCloud. In there, each app is enabled or disabled. Can you confirm that Heroes of Steel is enabled to backup its data (i.e. saved games).
