Cannot Create A cloud save

For some reason I cannot create a cloud save for my elite save. I've finally unlocked several achievements I wanted and now I have to switch phones because of a contract screw up (I'm using an amazon fire phone and bough elite on the appstore.) I heard that cloud storage is available in the android version. Please don't tell me that Trese is leaving amazon users out to dry, you guys are my favorite mobile devs. Thanks

@connorxconnor - can you explain "for some reason" with more details? What backup system or app are you using? What error are you seeing?

The easiest solution is to use Helium:

I used titanium backup to switch from my Xperia X8 to Note 10.1. Helium didn't work on my old phone because it runs on Android 2.3.
