A new version of Cyber Knights RPG Beta has been posted.

* Improved Clinics Features

- 6 New Rep Rewards
This release corrects a number of issues with the new Clinic feature and fixes all the FC reported today.
This release also includes a new beta contact (he has some issues, some of his dialog is incomplete.) This is a new type of "ladder climber" contact that the Knight uses to get in with a Faction. This guy is Brave Star and you can find him at a star bar located in New Boston.
Fixers, Connectors, new jobs and sneak dealers are popping up all over the zone.
Beyond that, you can now remove / replace your character's implants -- and it should work on everyone's phones now =)

and fixed some annoying issues with scrolling and the blue arrow.
You should find that the blue arrow requires less long pressing and scrolling lag should be eliminated on the devices it was on. if you are still getting the freezes during scrolling, let me know. i'm pretty sure it was limited to that one phone, but it is fixed now =)

Bad news... I still can't remove my implants : whenever I ask for my mysterious automatic weapon implant to be removed, I end up butchered by doctors (who I strongly suspect of being complete sadists  )... and with my implant still on me ! Sorry I didn't notice earlier ! |

Sorry I didn't notice earlier ! I have not figured out what you are talking about. Can you post the name of the Implant, exactly? I search the whole database for the string you sent but I couldn't find it. Trying to help but I've got nothing to go on. I of course, did install and remove every implant on 6 characters now, so I know it works on at least 5 phones * 6 characters so 30 different re-installs / test cycles. |

Don't wanna hound when its not your faul Putting some code into the system to query the current version and draw it onto the screen is on my list of feature requests. ST already does it. CK does not have that today you have to go to manage applications |

Does it crash or anything? Get any error messages?
I just installed and removed Hand Blades in 3 different clinics on the latest version.
They go in and come out without trouble on my devices.

No, there's no sign of error. In fact it tooks me several minutes to notice they were still there... Really have no idea what it could be !

Will wait to hear more reports via e-mail and maybe on the forum. Could be an issue isolated to your phone or locale. Does your phone run outside of EN locale or have any special ROM loaded? Since no error is occurring the delete must be working or failing silently. That points to a problem no one else has reported experiencing, so I'm lost and hoping someone steps up with a sign post or actionable bug report. If it is your phone / locale then switching characters won't help I suppose. That might be one thing to test -- can you remove any implants? what about implants on a different saved game? |
