After limping to a planet, I made some upgrade, did some repairs, recruited, and purchased fuel. Then, as I was leaving the planet, I had an encounter. After "ignoring", I was shown the ship stats which showed my ship's condition BEFORE having done any repairs! (I didn't notice the status of the upgrades.) The next screen had me back in port (which might be another minor bug). I quickly checked, and was relieved to see the repairs and upgrades were back. My relief didn't last long because the fuel I had purchased was gone along with the credits I had spent on them.
If it helps, I had answered a few calls and I suspect that the cache was cleared. Also, although I'm not sure if this is related, but I think I've noticed several times that when I've left and returned to the game, some phantom screen. It's almost as if activities weren't removed from the back stack. I could be wrong about this last issue, as I haven't been paying too much attention to it, but I though I should nevertheless mention it.
