If you could have a 5th team member beyond the initial 4, a wildcard slot, which class would you double up on?
I'm thinking Kjartan (or Vincent) as the extra would suit my current team (Vraes, Fyona, Vincent, Selen).
I've got Vraes and Selen as front line fighters and even my Fyona is getting good enough to fight now as of Ep3.
With three melee troops an extra wizard (especially with choking ash) would be really useful.
Curious how others would use a wildcard 5th party member if there were one. Strategies would really divulge at that point.
Having both Kincaid and Vraes would be awesome for episode 1. For 2 and 3 I'd rather have an extra magic user though.
Funny enough though, if I had to drop 1 and be a three man team the magic user would be the one I'd axe.

Just give me two Vincents and you can have the other three heroes back. One to freeze em and the other to fry em.

I didn't start it. fallen made some gear that adds both fire and ice damage. I don't know why he didn't name the Icy-Hot Torque.

Vincent. One energy storm, one lightning spear. Both with thundering blades.

Absolutely a second Vincent. A second Selen would be amazing too...

I would take Tamilin and Selen, with Vraes, Kj and Kyera =)
In TA2, you will be picking which type of characters to deploy into each level.
Some levels you'll have 3, some you'll have as many as 16 -- so you can really build specialists ... and if you love a particularly type of Templar ... use a lot of them!

An extra Kjartan it would be. Adds an armor curse to Fyonas resistance curse and, along with Vincent, will feed on both for ridiculous amounts of damage.
Of course, two Fyonas, both doing Holy Strickening all the time, would be even more crazy if the curses stacked. Everyone got resistance 0 and elemental resistances -32.

Can't wait for TA2! It sounds like a blend of the best parts of the two TB games I've enjoyed most. (CK 3rd fave). I hope I can complete Ep3 before it comes out. My original idea was not two of one character but two of one slot... (so both sneak, both healers, both magic, etc... plus one of all the other slots). That said... two Selen would be unstoppable. Add in Kincaid and you could have 3 melee units who rarely get hit.

If I had to pick, I would take Kjartan and Vince. Crazy AoE damage.
But it would also be cool to have Vraes and Kincaid. Kincaid dodges everything and Vraes can be all in on offense.

Both casters without any regrets for sure. Kjartan with CA and Vincent with LS, both level their blade buffs and take Fyona with strickening...that is everything at low armor and parry/dodge, 33 elemental damage of 2 types with low resistance and weakness and a spell that melts everything that can be spammed...

Vraes, KJ, Kyera, Tami, and Selen. Oh oh ... and a clean up crew cos there'll be feathered bodies eeeeeeeeeeeeeverywhere.
Vraes will be able to take on bosses, tank, and be his usual "You call that a hit?" attitude
KJ has longer range than Vincent, and with his sharpshooter FB spell, along with his AOE and curses, what's not to love?
Kyera gets the nod over Fyona because of her stronger healing, incredible Sacrifice and great curses
And the true killers of the party would be Tami and Selen. With these two, you begin to love having clusters of bad guys. When you mix and match some range 7 and 8 bows, you begin to really clear out enemies before they even get a chance to sniff Vraes. Yes, Vraes smells. He's also big and hits hard so you don't tell him.

Anyone that separated from the herd, Selen would take. Vraes would charge into the center of the enemy, tank while Tam tallied up kills with RO. MMMMM
