So I'm wandering around the Quadrant, taking contracts and looting smsmugglers/merchants, I end up at the Epsilon Trading Post just to discover they have a ban on clothing. I got to thinking, does this mean that it's a colony full of naked people?! Or are just spacers not allowed to wear clothes? I've been playing Star Traders for years and I've only just thought of this:P

my current theory is that a consortium of fashion designers have got together and banned off-world clothing, to preserve the value of their new collections... Until they become 'so last season' that your haul of virtually unsaleable clothes can be safely allowed to be unloaded.

A whole planet of naked heathens! I can imagine the Templar drop ships landing now, their furious wrath as the Knight's unload, ready to deal out justice and then ... what the hell!?

No officer.
I haven't had any spices.
Look, I'm the Prince here. I make the rules. And I say, clothes are bad bad people.
I decree, no more clothes, and spices for all.
I may have had spice. And herbs. And something called tequila.
And with those final words to the visiting templar, the ruler of the world stripped the final piece of his clothing, threw it at a very red faced officer and very consideratly passed out on the biometric edict recording.
Next act. Ban on hangovers and loud breathing in the palace.
