Great general Gundamgoth, I have thought long and hard and i feel that ntsheep has only comitted the crime of wrongly predicting the future and staking his carrer/life on that prediction. This is highly foolish agreed but realy not a crime. All he is guilty of is being ntsheep..... that is his crime, it is also his punishment.

In light of the mostly poor quality of our expansion colonies so far the High Templar would like to suggest the following research next to help mitigate these problems. Mok 1 (6tp /0 quality same build cost as a mine 2...), Alta Mesa 1 (Star Forge 3CP/ 0 quality it would be nice to put one near the front and is a 0 quality factory). Planetary Mining 1 + 2 (unlock mine 2 and orbital mine so we can aqueeze some minerals out of even the lowest quality systems)
Templar command would love to continue researching new military tech, but we need to get more of an economy going to support any sort of offensive fleet.
Please Bring your responses and/or counter proposals to the Faction council chambers asap

Moklumnue brings its full support for research focused on planetary development. While we have labored on low quality planets for cycles, it brings us no joy to have the other factions join us in planetary poverty.
We would also like to request that continued scouting be undertaken to insure that no additional fronts open in areas where we do not expect as we engage the current xeno threat. As our clan brothers have just demonstrated with their ill-timed Spy Battle, obstacles to progress can come from unexpected angles. (not that any of us didn't expect the Alta Mesa and Zenrin to be the first to come to blows)
