I keep seeing references to Karma throughout the forum, most recently by genious to sheep.
Have I missed some key game concept here? Is it a background lore deal?
Are there just a large number of buddhists and hindus playing this game?
Is this why the Javat and Thulun ships I so consistently raid are always the ones that find me when Im extremely vulnerable and unable to run away?
Why is coffee so awesome?

Interesting fact. The karma exalt/smite options are not visible on my android device.
Im posting mostly by my phone, but at home, load up the forums to search for an FAQ or something, and in the summary of my profile I see Your Karma.
Does not exist when I check the same tab on my phone. Check this thread, see the smite/exalt option; mobile device, nope.
I completely get how funny this thread must be for most of you. And so, I will share some wisdom that will confirm my lack of dimness.
Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity.
