After further examination, can't we do both proposals 1 and 2? One Clan takes the furthest system and the others colonize behind it?
We could use the furthest system as a fortress world to keep the Xenos occupied while we colonize the in between systems.
That sounds reasonable, doesn't it?

Yes, if I may. We will have the opportunity to occupy the western cluster, but we must first focus on the three systems of utmost value. Once we have them, we will be able to stabilize the sector and take the remainder.
I hope my presence is welcome, and I don't wish to intrude, but the more we can hammer out now, the more effectively we may govern our respective peoples.

I agree. Zenrin will take the hightest Quality Western star, from which we will guard the others as the colonization efforts continue behind us.

(To be clear) Alta Mesa will occupy the red system closest to the Xeno, as we are able to produce warships faster than yourselves. Not posturing for anything other than our protection- we will soon have our Star Forges up and running.
