Today, I purchased the ship designer. However I cannot figure out how to use it. Every time I open the store section on the main screen, a little message comes up saying "downloading purchases" but my notification bar doesn't show any downloads and clicking on the link in the store doesn't do anything.
Can anyone help please?

Never mind, I've just figured out you use it in the star dock.

I will see if there is something I can do on the store page to make that more clear.
You can also access it during New Game, on any Captain after the first.
