Clearer indications for conversation hotspots

It took me quite a while to discover you can talk with the Koda by clicking on the red gates, and an accidental click to notice you can talk with some of the guard towers in Braeys lands.
For the latter may I suggest an open doorway like some of the shops have?
The former I don't know, maybe apply some of the tricks in Riven Field? E.g. have the perimeter completely closed but have the small little black door. Or have no red gates, and get stopped by guards when you try to walk in.

krakun - thanks for the feedback. I'd watch for places that have roads running into them -- that's a good indicator.
