Can you put up a way to play with Amazon and not PayPal? Grävling Sorry, Amazon has shut-down the Simple Pay integration point that we used for the last alpha. They have made it very difficult for small shops to integrate with their new service, and the amount of work that would be required for this is prohibitive. We don't have plans to add Amazon this time. Sorry. I really liked Simple Pay. PayPal's page allows you to use any major credit card.

They're shooting themselves in the foot- but the conspiracy theorist in me blames those megacorps. Maybe Google and Amazon can be in CK2 XD.

dayan - the changes actually tighten up security and are much better suited for people who really want to create a full checkout experience that relies on Amazon's backbone. I think their making smart moves, but it does edge out the "I want to click twice to setup a button that will accept money from the internet for digital goods" angle

Paypal will not let you do this if you live in Sweden without making a Paypal account with them. They store this information and the credit card information. And this I will not do. We have recently started integrating all of our products with Stripe. stripe.com/ It sure was easy to set up. I know that you are busy, but if Paypal refusers are a significant part of your alpha market, it might be worth investigating.

grävling - sent you a PM about another option you could use! I will definitely look at stripe.com next time.

Stripe is definitely great; I think I still have a code for $1000 in free transactions with them if you need it anytime.

lixxx235 - thank you, I've marked that down I was going to say its a sign that KickStarter went over to Swipe from Amazon but when I looked they actually went over to Stripe. Small letters, big difference

Yoh! Stupid work has new filters on my laptop and the link provided to TA2 alpha is blocked. Can you post more info about it here, on the discussion board? Maybe on this thread?

I will copy a little bit over, but we aren't closing the offer so fast that you need to worry about it. We'll be gathering the team over the next week or more.
In summary, the alpha package will net you: - Alpha Access – available for Android, iOS devices, PC, Mac and Linux, you’ll get first access to the game in the month before the launch. You’ll also be given the keys to an exclusive Templar Assault 2 forum where you’ll interact with the Trese Brothers directly, every day. If you are a forum member, we’ll badge your account. - Your Name in the Credits – a name or attribute of your choosing will be listed in the Templar Assault 2 credits. - 2 Free Copies on Steam – when we release Templar Assault 2 to Steam, you’ll get two free copies for PC, Mac, or Linux!

Woo hoo, another badge! That puts certain members (hint hint) at like five badges or something. If we can convince fallen to badge the matchers and the Zendu Ten during the ST2 kickstarter, that goes to six. Perhaps we should get badges for managing to torp one of the Treses in the torp thread, that would make it seven... Ok, this post started half-serious and grew to become plain silly. And that's already a truncated version of the post I was typing...

lixxx235 - it's a good reminder to re-investigate the possibility of turning those badges into little graphics
