well, subject tells the story. I play Star Traders Elite on my OneplusOne running cyanogen 11.
This does not happen for every toast that pops up, but almost every time i play, at one point one of the toast will stick to the screen. Even if I leave the game, or force it to close, the toast will still be there, reminding me that i lost reputation with Steel Song Clan, or whichever it is. It will stay at the same place on my screen, top or buttom, but will follow if the screen is rotated.
Pretty annoying. Anyone has similar experience (I searched a lot but could not find a similar case). Any solutions?
Thanks for a great game, been playing it for years on several devices.

You mean it stays on the screen and does not fade out?
Unfortunately for ST, the Toast is handed by the OS (in this case, cyanogen 11.)
All ST does is ask the OS to display a toast. For ST, it is fire and forget.
I have seen issues with custom ROM having buggy Toasters, but surprised cyanogen 11 has it.

Hi Cory,
yes it stays on the screen and doesn't fade out. Only solution I find is a reboot of the phone. I have not seen this happening with any other apps.

Can you send me the details about the exact build of their OS you're running? Looks like it will be relatively easy for me to submit a bug report.

go for it Cory Meanwhile I will probably put ST back on the shelf once again. It gets a bit long in the tooth to re-read those toasts while you read the news or play Asphalt 8 ;-)

I don't even know if they triage bug reports from historical releases. They might just tell us to upgrade to 12.

closing out ... Cyanogen's got a ton of bugs and they don't care.
For best Android performance and fewest overall bugs, run Google's Android OS.
We test on Cyanogen, but cannot guarantee that they don't have OS bugs.
