Just made a new game. Tapping arrows to cycle face portraits does nothing, and there are two templars standing there, one atop the other.
Edit: switching back seems to have fixed the issue.

Can you post a screenshot? Are you on Windows or Android?
Sorry you are not able to use that screen, it is one of my favorite parts of P2.
If you can post some details about your device and maybe a screenshot, I'm sure we can get you sorted out.
Once we do, I'm sure you'll love it!

Not possible, and its moot, @corytrese. Switching back (phone) has alleviated the issue, though may indicate a stability concern. For the record, its on an LG E980.

Switching from the game to the browser. Ive done it a few times but haven't reproduced the glitch.

I can confirm the his on Android.
The bug goes like this.
If I go to Veterans>Templar>Customize: Sometimes there will be two Templars stacked on top of one another. The top one will do the idle animations, while the other stays still.
If I try to switch portraits or names, no change is seen. If I exit the Customize screen, the change takes effect.
