Would you like me to add this feature? I have never wanted to remove the ship's log but maybe you do?
Let me know if you would use and I can code up a way to do it.

If there's no cost to keeping it, then why would you want to clear it. You'd lose a ton of history that may be useful at a later date.
Instead of clearing the log, I'd like you to revisit the ability to filter and/or search the log.
There was also some talk (back in like March or April) of being able to add your own log entries. It was more to do with the fact a player couldn't remember where they dry docked their ships and stashed caches, so perhaps this feature is now redundant. I can see a few players getting into writing their own Kirk-style captains logs though <grin>

I'd like a way to export the log to a file, but I guess that would require permissions to write to SD card.
I'd clear it if I could save it first.

ive not seen the log.. but i cant remember where i have ships dry docked or stockpiles of cargo.. so something that told me that at a glance would be cool
(just gone elite)

If u don't exhange ur ship with the new one,u'll find it in the drydock in military base,where u bought the ship =)

you can see a list of all your Ships in "Status -> Ships -> Dry Dock Ships"
