P2: All Hydra Attacks showing as Melee Accuracy

I didn't see this on the board yet, but all Hydra attacks in the Requisition screen show their attacks as giving +x Melee Accuracy. This is in version 0.0.8, so if you've already fixed in on 0.0.9 just ignore it, but I didn't see it the change log. I should have 0.0.9 soon.
