P2: unable to select templar on map

I'm unable to select the Templar in the screenshot below where the arrow is.  Save game here (ThreeHARDx):

I closed the game and restarted.  Then, the templar was gone.  Must have gotten killed during the Xeno turned and not have been cleared from the map.
