Will experience be higher for each level during the game?
This way, new recruits will more quickly reach the level of current squad members.

I thought this would be a good place to revisit this topic. I started this group on the tutorial and now my captain is level 28 with my top scout, soldier, and engineer at level 27. These four are used on just about every map so far, so it makes sense that they should all be about the same level. The rest of my templars, which were all created before level 5 or so, vary greatly in level as to how much I've used them.
My paladin is my lowest level at 9, with my Berserk at 11.
My hydra and Neptune are about level 17-20.
My second scout and soldier are about level 23.
The problem is that because they don't get xp from every scenario they get left behind. It is a better idea for me to dismiss them and train a new Templar to take their place. On normal, I dismissed every Templar except for my top four and was able to recreate them at level 25, making them relevant once again.
To avoid having to dismiss and retrain the tempars you use infrequently I think either:
1. Every Templar should get some xp each battle, whether they were deployed or not.
Or
2. The templars you don't use should somehow always be brought up to the level to which you could train a new Templar. Depending on difficulty this could be anywhere from -1 to -4 levels.

@kanly exactly what you posted is written in our development plan! We're working on that. Thanks for the feedback.
