There is no gold + next to the Skills for the Hydra, Neptune, Paladin or Beserkers, despite the fact that they all have points available to them. This is Super Boost In, Hard Difficulty.
Motorola Droid Mini, latest version of OS and Android.

Ok, will try to reproduce here ... very odd. You're finding it working on your device with other classes?

Yes it works on other classes. Using Respec doesn't bring it back either

New info, I tried using regular Boost In and recruiting the affected classes, and they still are unable to add to their Skills.
I also tried an uninstall and redownloading the APK, but neither fixed it.
