CdrPlatypus - ahhhh ... ok. Sorry, I was looking somewhere else completely. You are stuck, because you need to go visit Erghanna, and docks are closed. This is fixed for the next release.

If this is the case then that quest to regroup and discuss the offer should not show up in the quest log until after the druid quest

fallen I was able to walk back to braes lands bresylum (sp?) swear my alligence to the Braeys Family and go on to the city of the dead without doing the druid quest first. Is this intended?

Is this intended? - absolutely. There are requirements to swear your allegiance to either family. For Braeys, you have to do "deal" with their youngest son, and for Koda you have to meet the Druid. |

While it sounds like the fix is already impending (any ETA?), I'm seeing the same issue - Android 4.4, HoS Elite, and after I finish the spider cult I get the druid quest, but the dockmaster is nowhere to be found.

sbodd - that is correct. We've fixed it here in the lab, but it requires a update to get out into the field. Sorry, as a company we don't do ETAs.
