I know for sure that Bio-Poison is still only brining enemies down to one HP and not killing them, and think the same is true for fire, but I haven't been able to exactly confirm that. With Bio-Poison I was watching a Goliath very carefully. He had 67 HP left. Someone tagged him for 63 damage and then at the end of his turn he took 11 damage from the poison but didn't die. He just had one HP left. With the fire I had a xeno who was down to 8 HP and he walked through like 3 squares of fire. I couldn't count up the damage fast enough but I think one square alone was 6.

contributor - fire is definitely kill xenos. Any monster reduced to 1 HP dies at the end of its turn. Will look into Bio-Poison, as I have seen this as well.

Bio-poison and Fire will kill the Xeno at the END of the turn, after they have acted.
Fire and bio-poison will bring them down to 1 HP, and they will automatically die at start of the player's next turn.
